Our model is circular, not extractive.
Land Lab is structured as a profit-for-purpose business, meaning that impact isn’t an afterthought, it’s deeply interwoven into everything we do. A portion of every sale is re-invested to address maternal health equity via our DGR-registered charity, Motherlines Foundation.
This ensures our products don’t just support individual wellbeing, but uplift whole systems, reaching those individuals most in need of access, equity, and care.
The Motherlines foundation was founded on the belief that every mother matters.
OUR FOUNDATIONHow to access our free service
Are you a pregnant Australian person holding a concession card? Visit our Mother Dose prenatal product page and select "Access via Social Impact Stream button".

Micronutrient deficiencies in pregnancy can increase the risk of anaemia, preterm birth, low birth weight, and long-term chronic diseases in the child. Just how common are these deficiencies in Australia?
Up to 1 in 4 pregnant Australian women experience iron deficiency anemia, linked to poor birth outcomes, including increased maternal illness, low birth weight, prematurity and intrauterine growth restriction.
Nearly 1 in 5 Australian women of childbearing age are iodine deficient. Adequate iodine is essential for foetal brain development and severe iodine deficiency in pregnancy impairs brain development in the child.
Only 1 in 4 pregnant Australian women meet the recommended intake for choline, a nutrient essential for foetal brain development.
Access to quality maternal nutrition shouldn’t be a privilege. But in Australia, too many women are excluded from the care they need due to geography, income, or systemic gaps.
Motherlines Foundation provides free prenatal supplements to Australian women with government-issued concession cards, offering 10 months of critical nutrient support during pregnancy and postpartum.
Through our foundation, we:
• Deliver free prenatal supplements to Australian people holding government-issued concession cards, because vital nutrients should never be a luxury.
• Help close the maternal and child health gap by supporting low socioeconomic communities with targeted, long-term nutritional care from conception to beyond birth.
• Creates community-level impact through a profit-for-purpose model that reinvests supplement sales into equitable maternal health solutions.
When we care for mothers, we change everything—health outcomes, family systems, generational cycles, whilst strengthen national health systems.
