We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand, with global expansion on the horizon.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery estimates are:
• Australia 3–7 business days
• New Zealand 5–10 business days
Please note: These are estimated timeframes provided by our shipping partners and may vary depending on your location or public holidays.

Returns
At Land Lab, we uphold the highest standards in safety and quality. For that reason, we cannot accept returns on supplements that have left our facility, in line with health and safety regulations.
Please choose carefully and consult your healthcare provider if unsure about a product’s suitability.
That said, if your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at care@land-lab.co within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Due to safety regulations, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind on consumable goods.
